Featured test / Precision Analytical

DUTCH Complete

Wondering what your hormones are doing? DUTCH Complete uses urine collected at home to look at sex hormones, the substances your body makes as it processes them, and your daily cortisol pattern. It also includes selected markers related to melatonin and nutrient pathways. The results can add context to your cycle, sleep, and symptoms when read alongside your health history and any hormones you take.

What it explores
Sex hormone metabolites, daily cortisol patterns, and a melatonin metabolite.
Collection
Timed dried urine samples, collected at home using the kit instructions.

Cycle timing, hormone use, medicines, and supplements belong in the interpretation. DUTCH Complete does not include the separate salivary cortisol awakening response.

Vaginal Health Test

Your vagina has its own community of bacteria and other microbes. This test looks at which organisms are present in your sample. It can add information when you are noticing changes in comfort, odor, or discharge, but the result needs to be read alongside your symptoms and hormonal changes.

What it explores
The community of microbes in your vagina, considered alongside your symptoms and hormonal changes.
Collection
Follow the exact kit’s vaginal sample instructions.

The Foundations Lab EditSomething feels off. Where do you begin?

You’re tired, your energy dips, and you’re not quite yourself. This edit brings together starting points for looking at blood counts, thyroid function, blood sugar, and nutrient status, plus more targeted tests when your history calls for them. The aim is to choose a useful first step. You do not need every test here.

16 selected tests

Find my tests
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel

Think of this as a broad check in on your body’s everyday chemistry. It measures blood sugar, minerals that help keep fluids balanced, and signs of how your liver and kidneys are working. It can help you and your clinician decide what deserves a closer look.

Yes, I want to order my test
Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy, Total, Immunoassay

Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium and supports bones, muscles, and immune function. This blood test checks the main form used to assess your vitamin D level, so you can discuss whether food, sun exposure, or supplements are meeting your needs.

Yes, I want to order my test
TSH

TSH is the message your brain sends to your thyroid, the small gland that helps set your body’s pace. This blood test checks how strong that message is. It can be a starting point when you’re feeling unusually tired, cold, or unlike yourself; thyroid hormone tests may help fill in the picture.

Yes, I want to order my test
C Reactive Protein (CRP)

CRP is a protein your liver makes when there is inflammation. This blood test can flag that something needs attention, but it cannot tell you where the inflammation is coming from. Your symptoms, recent illness, and health history help give the number meaning.

Yes, I want to order my test
Sed Rate by Modified Westergren

A sed rate, also called ESR, checks how quickly red blood cells settle in a tube. Faster settling can be a clue that inflammation is present. It helps guide the next questions, rather than identifying one particular illness.

Yes, I want to order my test
CBC (H/H, RBC, Indices, WBC, Plt)

A complete blood count looks at the cells doing the daily work in your blood: red cells carrying oxygen, white cells supporting your defenses, and platelets helping you clot. It can help investigate things like fatigue or anemia. This version counts white cells together, without separating all their different types.

Yes, I want to order my test
Lipase

Lipase is an enzyme your pancreas makes to help break down fat. This blood test checks for changes that may help investigate a pancreas problem, especially when there is abdominal pain. It is a targeted test, rather than a score for how well you digest every meal.

Yes, I want to order my test
Amylase

Amylase helps break down starches in foods like bread and potatoes. Your pancreas and salivary glands make it. This blood test can help investigate a problem involving those organs when symptoms point in that direction; other tests may be needed to understand the result.

Yes, I want to order my test
ANA Screen, IFA, with Reflex to Titer and Pattern

Your immune system makes antibodies to recognize what it needs to respond to. An ANA test looks for antibodies that react with parts of your own cells. A positive screen may lead the lab to check their amount and pattern. It can help explore an autoimmune question, but a positive result alone does not mean you have an autoimmune disease.

Yes, I want to order my test
Lipid Panel, Standard

This blood test checks cholesterol and triglycerides, fats that travel in your blood. It helps build a picture of heart and metabolic health alongside blood pressure, family history, food, and movement. The pattern matters more than treating one number as your whole health story.

Yes, I want to order my test
Thyroid Panel (FT3, FT4, TSH)

This panel puts your thyroid’s instructions and output in the same conversation. TSH is the signal asking your thyroid to work; free T4 and free T3 are available thyroid hormones. Looking at them together can help make sense of changes in energy or temperature tolerance. Thyroid antibodies are a separate test.

Yes, I want to order my test
Hemoglobin A1c

A1c gives a longer view of blood sugar, roughly the past two to three months, instead of a single moment. It can help you understand blood sugar patterns and whether your current approach is helping. Conditions that affect red blood cells can change the result, so it belongs alongside the rest of your health picture.

Yes, I want to order my test
Insulin

Insulin is the hormone that helps move sugar from your blood into your cells for energy. This test measures how much is in your blood at collection. Read alongside blood sugar and whether you have eaten, it can help explore how your body is managing fuel.

Yes, I want to order my test
Homocysteine

Homocysteine is a substance your body makes as it processes protein. B vitamins help your body recycle it. A higher result can prompt a closer look at B12 and folate, kidney function, and other factors; it does not point to one cause or one supplement on its own.

Yes, I want to order my test
Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) and Folate Panel, Serum

B12 and folate, also called vitamin B9, help make healthy blood cells and support everyday cell function. This blood test checks both. If levels are low or borderline, the next question is why: what you eat, how well you absorb it, and medicines can all matter.

Yes, I want to order my test
Magnesium

Magnesium helps your nerves, muscles, and many everyday body processes work. This test measures the magnesium circulating in your blood. It can flag an imbalance, but a normal result does not tell us everything about your body’s magnesium stores. The Fitness Edit includes a different test that measures it inside red blood cells.

Yes, I want to order my test
The Brain Edit LabsLosing your train of thought?

The word is right there. Until it isn’t. We begin with sleep, nourishment, and what has changed in your life. This edit explores selected nutrient, hormone, genetic, and exposure questions that may belong in a broader assessment. Read each test’s limits carefully: these results cannot measure how well your brain is working or explain brain fog on their own.

5 selected tests

Find my tests
NeuroHormone Complete Profile (FMV/Random)

This panel checks certain chemical messengers in urine and hormones in saliva, including cortisol at different times of day. It brings several measurements into a conversation about energy, sleep, and stress. Urine results do not measure what is happening inside your brain or prove a “chemical imbalance.” FMV means first morning urine; follow the collection instructions for your kit.

Yes, I want to order my test
Omega 3 and omega 6 Fatty Acids

Omega 3 and omega 6 are families of fats your body uses to build cells and support normal function. This test checks selected fats in your sample. It can add detail to a conversation about foods such as fish, nuts, and seeds, and whether your current supplements make sense for you.

Yes, I want to order my test
Heavy Metals Panel, Random Urine

This urine test looks for selected metals leaving your body in that sample. It may help investigate a specific exposure, such as something at work or in your environment. The right test depends on the metal and the timing; this is not a complete measure of everything stored in your body.

Yes, I want to order my test
Copper

Copper is a mineral your body uses for tasks such as handling iron and keeping nerves working. This test checks your copper level. It can help explore a suspected imbalance when read alongside your food, supplements, symptoms, and related blood work.

Yes, I want to order my test
Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (MTHFR), DNA Analysis

MTHFR gives your body instructions for making an enzyme that helps process folate, vitamin B9. This test looks for selected variations in that gene. Read the result alongside your nourishment and relevant blood work. A common variation alone does not show a deficiency or tell you which supplement to take.

Yes, I want to order my test
The Gut Edit LabsPlanning your day around your stomach?

Bloating after meals, unpredictable bathroom trips, or foods that suddenly feel like a negotiation? This edit brings together different ways to investigate digestion, selected gut organisms, and specific concerns such as celiac disease or SIBO. Choose around your actual symptoms and history, so the next step has a reason behind it.

6 selected tests

Find my tests
SIBO, 3 Hour

Bloating that keeps showing up deserves a better conversation. This three hour breath test checks hydrogen and methane after you drink the test solution. Those gases can offer clues about bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine or methane producing organisms. Preparation and timing matter, and the result needs to fit your symptoms.

Yes, I want to order my test
GI Effects® Comprehensive Profile, 3 day

This stool test takes a closer look at digestion, signs of inflammation in the gut, and selected bacteria and other organisms. It can help guide questions about persistent digestive changes. This version collects samples over three days; it is a snapshot to interpret with your history, rather than a complete explanation of every symptom.

Yes, I want to order my test
Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) Antibody (IgA)

This blood test looks for an immune reaction linked with celiac disease, a condition in which gluten can damage the small intestine. The long name describes the antibody being checked. Keep eating gluten until you have discussed testing with your clinician, because removing it first can make the result harder to interpret. Low levels of the antibody type IgA can also affect the result.

Yes, I want to order my test
PRO Gut Health Test

Your gut is home to a community of microbes, including bacteria. This panel looks at parts of that community along with other gut health markers. It can give you more to discuss when digestion feels unsettled, but it needs to be read alongside your symptoms, food, and health history.

Yes, I want to order my test
H. pylori Profile

H. pylori is a bacterium that can live in the stomach and sometimes contribute to irritation or ulcers. This stool test looks for its genetic material, plus selected traits that may help your clinician plan follow up. It is a focused look at one possible contributor to digestive symptoms.

Yes, I want to order my test
Glyphosate Profile

Glyphosate is an ingredient in some weed killers. This test looks for evidence of exposure in your sample. Finding it does not tell us that it is causing your symptoms or that you need a detox programme. Start with a clear exposure question and discuss what the result would change before ordering.

Yes, I want to order my test
The Skin Edit LabsYour skin has questions. Let’s look beneath the surface.

When your skin keeps asking for attention, another serum may not be the whole conversation. We begin with nourishment, sleep, and your skin care routine. This edit offers two specific avenues: vitamin C status and a specialized test used in persistent hives. They answer different questions, so choose the one that fits your history.

2 selected tests

Find my tests
Vitamin C

Vitamin C helps your body make collagen and repair tissue. This test checks your vitamin C level, adding context when your food intake or symptoms raise a question about getting enough. Recent supplements and how the sample is handled can affect the result, so follow the collection instructions.

Yes, I want to order my test
Histamine Release (Chronic Urticaria)

Histamine is one of the chemicals involved in itching and hives. This specialized blood test looks at histamine release as part of investigating hives that keep coming back. It does not tell you which foods you tolerate or diagnose general “histamine intolerance.”

Yes, I want to order my test
The Mood Edit LabsA shorter fuse. Less spark. Feeling unlike yourself?

You deserve a conversation that makes room for all of it: sleep, nourishment, your cycle, and what life is asking of you. This edit includes vitamin B6 testing and specialized genetic and other panels. Some have limited clinical usefulness. The goal is to understand what a test could add before deciding whether it belongs in your care.

6 selected tests

Find my tests
Kryptopyrrole Quant.

Kryptopyrroles are compounds measured in urine. This test is sometimes offered when exploring mood symptoms, but we do not have good evidence that it can identify their cause or guide effective treatment. It does not directly measure vitamin B6 or zinc, so it is worth discussing what you would learn before ordering.

Yes, I want to order my test
COMT (Buccal Swab)

COMT gives your body instructions for making an enzyme that helps clear chemical messengers such as dopamine and adrenaline. This cheek swab looks for selected variations in that gene. It does not measure your current brain chemistry or tell us why you feel anxious, flat, or overwhelmed.

Yes, I want to order my test
MTHFR (Buccal Swab)

MTHFR gives your body instructions for making an enzyme that helps process folate, vitamin B9. This cheek swab looks for selected variations in that gene. Read the result alongside your nourishment and relevant blood work. A common variation alone does not show a deficiency or tell you which supplement to take.

Yes, I want to order my test
Micronutrient, Vitamin B6, Plasma

Vitamin B6 helps your body use food for energy and make chemical messengers used by the nervous system. This blood test checks B6 in plasma, the liquid part of your blood. It can help investigate too little or too much, so bring your supplement list into the conversation. More is not always better.

Yes, I want to order my test
Array 7X, Brain Autoimmunity

Antibodies are proteins your immune system uses to recognize targets. This panel looks for antibodies that react with selected parts of nervous system tissue. It may raise questions for a clinician to investigate, but it cannot diagnose a brain autoimmune condition or explain changes in mood on its own.

Yes, I want to order my test
Pharmacogenomics Panel with Coriell Life Sciences (CLS) Report

Genes can affect how your body processes certain medicines. This test looks for selected gene variations that may matter for medication choice or dosing, and includes an interpretation report. It is useful only for particular medicines; review it with your prescriber before making any changes.

The Longevity Edit LabsMore good years. More life in them.

You want to feel strong, engaged, and at home in your body for years to come. These tests explore estimates of biological aging through DNA methylation or telomere length. Think of them as an additional perspective alongside everyday foundations and established health measures. They cannot predict how long you will live or guarantee how you will age.

Telomere Length Test

Telomeres are protective caps on the ends of your chromosomes, a little like the tips on shoelaces. This test measures their average length in white blood cells. It offers one view of cell aging, but it cannot tell you how long you will live or predict your future health.

Yes, I want to order my test
TruAge

Your birthday tells you your calendar age. TruAge uses patterns of chemical tags on your DNA to estimate aspects of biological aging. It may be interesting to follow over time, alongside everyday habits and standard health measures. These are estimates, not a diagnosis or a promise about your lifespan.

The Fitness Edit LabsYour usual workout. A different recovery?

If movement is leaving you with more questions than momentum, start with fuel, rest, and your training routine. This edit includes red blood cell magnesium and a muscle enzyme panel for specific clinical questions. Neither is a fitness score. Choose testing around what has changed, so you can have a more informed conversation about recovery.

2 selected tests

Find my tests
Magnesium, RBC

Magnesium helps muscles and nerves do their work. This test measures it inside red blood cells, rather than in the liquid part of your blood. It offers another piece of information to discuss alongside food, symptoms, and medicines; it is not a direct measurement of all the magnesium in your muscles or body.

Yes, I want to order my test
Creatine Kinase Isoenzymes (CK Isoenzymes) with Total CK

Creatine kinase, or CK, is an enzyme found mainly in muscle. It can rise in the blood after hard exercise or muscle injury. This test measures CK and its different forms to help investigate a specific concern. It is not a fitness score, and it is different from checking or taking creatine supplements.

The Stress Edit LabsWaking up already feeling behind?

Before adding another task to your morning, look at sleep, nourishment, light, and the demands on your day. This edit focuses on the cortisol response around waking, using carefully timed saliva samples. It can add information about that particular pattern; it cannot measure the whole weight of your stress or explain exhaustion by itself.

DUTCH Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR)

Cortisol normally rises around waking as part of your body’s daily rhythm. This test uses carefully timed saliva samples to look at that morning rise, called the cortisol awakening response or CAR. It can add detail to a conversation about sleep and stress patterns. It is separate from DUTCH Complete and has its own collection schedule.

The Nutrition Lab EditEating well, but still wondering what you’re missing?

You put thought into what’s on your plate. It makes sense to want a clearer picture of nourishment, too. This edit offers a specialized cellular nutrient assessment to discuss alongside your food habits, health history, and appropriate standard nutrient blood tests. Use the conversation to guide purposeful choices about food and supplementation.

Micronutrient Test

Micronutrients are the vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients your body needs in small amounts. SpectraCell’s test looks at how your white blood cells grow under different nutrient conditions in the lab. It is a different approach from directly measuring each vitamin in your blood, and belongs alongside your eating patterns and appropriate standard nutrient tests.

The Immunity Lab EditCould an exposure belong in the picture?

If your history raises questions about mold, metals, or other environmental exposures, this edit gathers tests to discuss with your clinician. It focuses on exposure related questions rather than giving your immune system a score. An abnormal result needs context before connecting it to symptoms or choosing a treatment.

Mold Immunoreactivity Panel

This panel looks for immune antibodies that react with seven types of mold. It can add information when there is a specific exposure or immune question to explore. Antibodies alone do not show that mold is making you ill or tell you where an exposure happened.

Yes, I want to order my test
Environmental Toxins Panel

This panel checks selected chemicals, or the substances they leave behind as your body processes them. It can help explore an environmental exposure question. Finding a marker does not automatically mean a harmful amount is present or explain a symptom; your surroundings and exposure history are part of the picture.

Yes, I want to order my test
Urine Toxic Metals (FMV/Random)

This test measures selected metals in urine. FMV means first morning void, your first urine of the day; the listing also allows a random sample. It can help explore a specific exposure, but the best specimen and timing depend on the metal. Follow the kit instructions and interpret it with your exposure history.

The Hormone Lab EditYour cycle, sleep, and mood have changed. Now what?

You know your body, and lately it feels like the rules have changed. This edit explores sex hormone metabolites and daily cortisol patterns with DUTCH Complete. Bring the results into a conversation about your cycle, sleep, symptoms, and hormone use, so you can ask more informed questions about your options. Timing and your history matter.

DUTCH Complete

Wondering what your hormones are doing? DUTCH Complete uses urine collected at home to look at sex hormones, the substances your body makes as it processes them, and your daily cortisol pattern. The Sex Lab EditWhen intimate comfort stops feeling effortless.

Recurring changes in odor, discharge, or irritation can make intimacy feel complicated. This edit explores the vaginal microbiome, one part of the conversation about intimate health. Good questions

Before you
fill the shelf.

Why take the class if I can shop the protocol?

You can shop an Edit without buying a class. The class gives you the fuller explanation of your changing body, starting with food, sleep, movement, and daily habits. Learn where botanicals, supplements, and functional tests may fit, with recorded lessons and a companion guide to revisit. So you understand the why behind your choices. Supplements and tests are purchased separately.

What is it actually like to take a Rhea class?

Like hanging out with your best friend who also happens to be a doctor. You’re learning, laughing, connecting the dots, and getting excited that you have options. We start with food, sleep, movement, and daily habits, then explore where herbs, supplements, and lab testing may fit. You get the whole conversation, with recorded lessons, your companion guide, and detailed product notes at the end of the class. Come back to it all at your own pace.

How long is the course?

The main recorded lessons run about 16 to 33 minutes per class, or just under five hours across all twelve. Allow extra time for the companion guides and practices. Everything is self paced, with lifetime access. Take one lesson at a time, and come back whenever you need. The Gathering is a separate 12 week live experience.

Where do I find the full protocol?

Choose an edit above. You’ll land directly in its protocol section on the teaching page, with foundations, support options, testing questions, and the details behind the choices.

What will I find inside an Edit?

Each of the twelve Edits includes selected products, product photos, foundations, and a laboratory section. Choose “Learn the full protocol” to explore the details. Current formulations, availability, and pricing are shown in the Rhea shop.

Can I shop without taking a class?

Absolutely. You don’t need to purchase a class to shop with us. Choose the supplements or lab tests you’re looking for and purchase them separately through our Fullscript shops. Want to understand why we chose a product? Explore the Edit behind it. You can always purchase the class later if you’d like to go deeper.

Where do purchases happen?

Products are available through the Rhea Fullscript dispensary. Testing opens our existing Rhea lab storefront. Current prices, availability, and checkout are handled by those stores.

Do I need a whole protocol?

No. Begin with the foundations. A targeted choice that fits your history is more useful than adding everything at once. Discuss products and tests with your clinician, particularly if you take medicines or use hormones.

Your next chapter. Thoughtfully supported.
