Meet the founders Access your member guidesYou can shop an Edit without buying a class. The class gives you the fuller explanation of your changing body, starting with food, sleep, movement, and daily habits. Learn where botanicals, supplements, and functional tests may fit, with recorded lessons and a companion guide to revisit. So you understand the why behind your choices. Supplements and tests are purchased separately.
Like hanging out with your best friend who also happens to be a doctor. You’re learning, laughing, connecting the dots, and getting excited that you have options. We start with food, sleep, movement, and daily habits, then explore where herbs, supplements, and lab testing may fit. You get the whole conversation, with recorded lessons, your companion guide, and detailed product notes at the end of the class. Come back to it all at your own pace.
The main recorded lessons in this class run for about 18 minutes. Allow extra time for the companion guide and practices. It’s self paced, with lifetime access, so there’s no schedule to keep up with. Watch a little, put something into practice, and come back when you’re ready.
Whole Body Immune Support
You care for everyone.
Let’s make room for you.
The busy season. The cold that lingers. The sense that you have been running on reserves. Begin with the nourishment and recovery your body needs, then look more closely at the pattern.
Dr. Michele’s whole body approach brings food, sleep, stress, the gut, and targeted investigation into one conversation. Botanical support follows a reason to use it.

The foundations deserve attention before a crowded supplement shelf. Fatigue or frequent colds alone cannot tell you whether your immune system is impaired.
Build meals around a protein source, vegetables, fruit, whole grains or other fiber rich foods, and fats that satisfy you. Correcting a real nutritional gap matters more than taking ever larger doses. Include cooked mushrooms, greens, berries, and nuts as foods you enjoy.
Give sleep a regular place in your day, with morning daylight and a gentler evening. Pace movement around your energy and allow extra rest during an illness. Recovery is part of the plan, not something to earn.
Bring variety and fiber to your meals; include fermented foods if they suit you. Notice persistent digestive symptoms. Reduce smoke exposure, improve indoor air, and address dampness or visible mold at its source.
Keep a simple record of infections, recovery time, medicines, and changes in weight or wound healing. Frequent or unusual infections deserve assessment. Review your conditions and preventive care alongside your daily foundations.
Four mushrooms and three botanicals from the original Immunity selection. Learn what each contributes to the conversation, with the distinctions that make a choice more personal.
Explore the tradition, the preparation, and the difference between laboratory findings and a benefit you can expect.
Two mushrooms, different preparations, and studies that answer quite specific questions.
A root and a berry with different roles. Choose around your symptoms and your own care, with room to reassess.
Meet the concentrated leaf extract, and understand how it differs from the foods you enjoy.

Shop the Immunity EditIndividual dose and duration need review. The supplied documents contain different directions for osha and elderberry; confirm the current product label and your clinician’s plan. Autoimmune disease, transplant medicines, cancer treatment, pregnancy, and breastfeeding require particular care with these options.
Start with your history, exam, and existing results. There is no single test, or universal “optimal” number, that measures how well your immune system protects you.
If your history raises questions about mold, metals, or other environmental exposures, this edit gathers tests to discuss with your clinician. It focuses on exposure related questions rather than giving your immune system a score. An abnormal result needs context before connecting it to symptoms or choosing a treatment.
This panel looks for immune antibodies that react with seven types of mold. It can add information when there is a specific exposure or immune question to explore. Antibodies alone do not show that mold is making you ill or tell you where an exposure happened.
Yes, I want to order my testThis panel checks selected chemicals, or the substances they leave behind as your body processes them. It can help explore an environmental exposure question. Finding a marker does not automatically mean a harmful amount is present or explain a symptom; your surroundings and exposure history are part of the picture.
Yes, I want to order my testThis test measures selected metals in urine. FMV means first morning void, your first urine of the day; the listing also allows a random sample. It can help explore a specific exposure, but the best specimen and timing depend on the metal. Follow the kit instructions and interpret it with your exposure history.
Yes, I want to order my testBegin with nourishment, sleep, movement, and your health history. Choose testing with a clear purpose. Current pricing, collection instructions, and ordering eligibility are shown on Fullscript. Labs are purchased separately from the teachings.
A complete blood count with differential brings white cells, red cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, and cell indices together. Absolute neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil, and basophil counts help interpret the percentages. A result needs context: recent illness, medicines, symptoms, and trends.
CRP and ESR can indicate inflammation but cannot locate its cause. ANA testing belongs with symptoms that suggest a particular autoimmune condition. A positive result can occur in healthy people and does not, on its own, establish an autoimmune diagnosis.
Fasting glucose and HbA1c help put blood sugar patterns in context. Vitamin D testing is selected when your history or care provides a reason. Address a demonstrated gap with an appropriate target and follow up; more supplementation is not automatically more protection.
Investigate a credible occupational, household, or environmental exposure using an appropriate test. Urine mycotoxin results do not establish mold related illness, and broad “toxic burden” panels should not automatically drive detoxification treatment. Assess the building and address moisture when dampness is suspected.
Repeated or unusual infections may warrant more focused investigation, such as immunoglobulins, chosen by your clinician. The guide’s listed tests are educational possibilities, not a required panel for every reader.
Sit comfortably and notice the breath without forcing it. Soften your shoulders. Move your attention slowly from your feet toward your face, noticing where you can release a little tension.
If you enjoy visualization, imagine warmth or light as a way of settling. Finish by noticing the room and choosing one kind, practical thing for yourself: a meal, an earlier night, or a conversation with someone you trust.
You can begin with a few minutes. Comfortable breathing is enough; skip breath holds if they make you lightheaded or uneasy.
Explore the Stress teaching Explore the Sleep teachingYour immune system needs an appropriate response: recognize a threat, respond, then settle. Innate defenses act quickly; adaptive responses add specificity and memory. Allergy, autoimmunity, and immunodeficiency are different situations. More stimulation is not always helpful.
No. These are the seven options in the supplied Fullscript selection, not a daily stack. Start with nourishment, sleep, recovery, and the reason you are seeking support. The exact product, your medicines, and a plan to review benefit and tolerability should guide any additional choice.
The teaching also discusses monolaurin, a compound derived from lauric acid. Laboratory antimicrobial activity has not established effective oral treatment of human infections. It is not in the seven product Fullscript selection, so no additional bottle has been added to this collection.
These appear in the guide as naturopathic traditions. Evidence is insufficient to present wet socks as a treatment for an infection, and this page does not recommend frozen socks or prolonged cold exposure. The cited cold shower trial found fewer self reported sick leave days, but no significant reduction in illness days; it did not demonstrate the white cell increase described in the guide. Choose comfortable restorative routines, and seek individual guidance before cold exposure if you have circulation or heart concerns.
A quiet practice and time outdoors can make room for rest and emotional wellbeing. You do not cause illness by having difficult emotions. Visualization is a reflective practice, not proven protection from infection; claims that barefoot grounding detoxifies the body or synchronizes hormones are not established. Wear shoes where the surface or your foot health calls for them.
Recurrent or unusual infections, persistent swollen nodes, unexplained weight loss, slow wound healing, or symptoms that worsen deserve assessment. Seek urgent care for trouble breathing, confusion, severe dehydration, or rapidly worsening illness. Products should never delay identifying the cause.
Organized from Dr. Michele Burklund’s 43 page Immune Wellness guide and the seven product IMMUNE HEALTH selection supplied for this page. Traditional uses, mechanisms, and human outcomes are distinguished throughout. The original downloadable guide is unchanged.
