Movement, Strength & Recovery
Build from where you are. Explore nourishment, strength, and recovery with room for a changing body, and a routine that feels like something you can keep.

Begin with regular, satisfying meals, enough energy, varied plants, and hydration. Consider what your day needs before adding more formulas.
Look at sleep, daylight, movement that fits your capacity, and the demands on your day. Recovery deserves a place in the plan.
Keep a simple record of what has changed and when. Bring the details of fuel & recovery into the conversation.
Review your history, current medicines and supplements, and existing results. A test or preparation should answer a specific question.
Eight selections from the original Movement collection. Explore each product individually; this is not a recommendation to take them all together.
Your numbers tell part of the story. Your experience tells another. Begin with a question, then choose testing that can help answer it.
If movement is leaving you with more questions than momentum, start with fuel, rest, and your training routine. This edit includes red blood cell magnesium and a muscle enzyme panel for specific clinical questions. Neither is a fitness score. Choose testing around what has changed, so you can have a more informed conversation about recovery.
Magnesium helps muscles and nerves do their work. This test measures it inside red blood cells, rather than in the liquid part of your blood. It offers another piece of information to discuss alongside food, symptoms, and medicines; it is not a direct measurement of all the magnesium in your muscles or body.
Yes, I want to order my testCreatine kinase, or CK, is an enzyme found mainly in muscle. It can rise in the blood after hard exercise or muscle injury. This test measures CK and its different forms to help investigate a specific concern. It is not a fitness score, and it is different from checking or taking creatine supplements.
Yes, I want to order my testBegin with nourishment, sleep, movement, and your health history. Choose testing with a clear purpose. Current pricing, collection instructions, and ordering eligibility are shown on Fullscript. Labs are purchased separately from the teachings.
You do not need every test. Results belong alongside your history and clinical assessment; there is no single “optimal” number that fits every woman.
No. The foundations come first. Product selections are individual options, not a stack to take together. Choose around your needs, history, and existing care.
Absolutely. Watch the lessons, notice your own patterns, and return to the protocol when you have a clearer sense of the questions you want to explore.
Labs and products are purchased separately through the linked Rhea stores. Availability, current labels, and pricing are confirmed there.
Bring your symptoms, medicines, supplements, and existing lab results to your clinician. Together, decide what to try, how to use it, what to monitor, and when to reassess.
Educational information, not an individual treatment plan. Labs and supplements are purchased separately. Purchases through the dispensary may support Rhea Teachings.
