Functional labs.
Better questions first.
Your sleep has changed. Your energy has changed. You would like to understand why. Explore the functional lab options we bring into our teachings, starting with your history, symptoms, and the foundations.
Where do you want to begin?
The question comes before the panel.
Where can I explore foundational lab tests?
The Foundations Lab Edit brings together blood count, metabolic, thyroid, nutrient, and other testing options. You can read the description of each test and follow its ordering link. This is a collection of options to consider in context, rather than a panel every woman needs.

Where can I learn about DUTCH Complete and hormone testing?
Start with the Hormone Lab Edit and the testing section of the Hormone protocol. The current test description, collection information, and separate ordering link are available there. Our hormone and sleep teachings explain how lab questions fit alongside cycle patterns, nourishment, and everyday rhythms.
Can I browse functional labs by the question I have?
Yes. Explore the collections for brain health, digestion, skin, nutrition, and stress. Each collection provides educational context and individual test information. The presence of a test in a collection does not mean it is appropriate for every symptom.
Can functional labs confirm perimenopause on their own?
Perimenopause is often identified from age, symptoms, and menstrual history. A single hormone result cannot describe the whole transition. Testing may answer other questions about your health or clarify an uncertain picture. Our lab education guide explains this distinction.

How do I order functional labs through Rhea?
Open the lab collections, choose the test you want to learn about, and follow its link to the Fullscript lab shop. Review the current price, collection method, eligibility, and ordering requirements there before purchasing. Availability can vary by test and location. Rhea course checkout and lab checkout are separate.
Do I have to buy a course before exploring the lab shop?
No. The public lab collections can be explored independently. Courses bring the teaching, protocol, everyday practices, and companion guide together. Lab tests and supplements are optional and purchased separately. See how Rhea works.
What if I already have lab results?
Start with those. Our lab results education covers reference ranges, the context around a result, and reports from services such as Function Health. Bring your results and questions to the clinician responsible for your care before repeating tests or changing treatment.
